Founder Story
Eoghan O’Keeffe
Eoghan ("Ohn") O'Keeffe is the founder and CEO of Celtic Light Ventures, an angel investing and philanthropy endeavor specializing in conscious businesses that focus on healing people and the planet. Current investments include Wisdom Ventures, Sacred Sons, Fantastic Fungi, Ready Platform, Harvey AI, Mattermore AI, Oh My Soul and Tulku. Eoghan is also a co-founder and Director of Casa Damara family healing retreats and a founding partner of the AI Angels, an AI investing consortium. Eoghan is an Executive Producer of the upcoming documentary Christspiracy. His philanthropy initiatives include supporting education in First Nation communities and aiding non-profits focused on mental health, women empowerment, Indigenous people, reforestation, and survivors of domestic violence.
Before founding CLV, Eoghan had a distinguished 20+ year career as an investment banker, advising technology company founders and boards on transformational transactions. As the Global Head of Technology Mergers and Acquisitions at Morgan Stanley, he advised on over $200 billion worth of deals and advised leading Private Equity and Venture Capital firms. Clients included Elon Musk, Silver Lake Partners, Vista Equity, Autodesk, SAP, Oracle and Twilio. Eoghan holds an Honors degree in Economics from Harvard University and is a lover of art and poetry.
A former college athlete, Eoghan is an adventure enthusiast. During his transformational journey with fear, he has gone from modestly afraid of heights to big-wall BASE jumping and wingsuiting. Eoghan is an avid skydiver, shark diver, loves to trail run and spend time in the mountains. He is an avid advocate for the benefits to people and the planet of a whole-food plant-based lifestyle and life without alcohol.
Inspired by his personal transformation from being unhealthy mentally, spiritually, and physically to living a life full of purpose and joy, Eoghan founded Celtic Light Ventures with a belief in the inherent goodness within all people and the divine spark present in all beings and nature. Eoghan's story embodies the mission of Celtic Light Ventures: to foster a better world through mindful investment, empowering each soul to overcome fears, embrace healing, and manifest its unique purpose with courage and authenticity.
